A superb guide to a selection of 115 of the very best multipitch rock routes in the grade range 4b - 6c, mainly in Switzerland but with some in the Haute-Savoie (Chamonix area) and others in the Dauphiné (Écrins), in France. Although most are in wonderful alpine settings, they do not in general require a glacial approach. Most of the climbs are bolted though a small rack is desirable on some.
