Lightweight artificial fibre pillow (30cm x 30cm approx) with fleece on one side and cotton on the other (pick your side according to climate). It also has a nylon cover that can be placed over either side to protect the bottom from dirt. Rolls up and is sucured with two pop studs and two elastic velcro straps.
