Free running is the art(?) of treating your (urban?) environment as a cross between a gym and a circus and running through it using obstacles as platforms from which to vault, flip, jump, roll and do an assortment of other tricks, all at speed and in a continuous flow.
Five-Ten say "supple EVA midsoles with tentacle-like Stealth® rubber soles make these shoes standard-gear for freerunners and anyone who wants cleverly-disguised performance in a comfortable shoe".
We reckon they're still more likely to be seen in the pub than doing back flips over the wall in the beer garden but they make a great trainer with a climbing theme, ideal for short crag approaches, wearing round town or when travelling to hot rock spots.
