Gift Vouchers: At present, to redeem vouchers they need to be posted to the shop, or presented in person, but we hope to soon introduce a new voucher system that will mean that this is not necessary.

Meanwhile if your are using a voucher for an internet order, please post the voucher to us, enter your card details as normal in the checkout, and write (eg) "voucher for £50 posted to shop" in the special instructions box when you go through the check out procedure.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for, or redeem, vouchers that get lost or destroyed in the post, or anywhere else, and that vouchers are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, not even a little bit. Any small amounts left over after a voucher has been redeemed will be donated to North of England Children's Cancer Research.

Wedding Lists: Tying the Knot? Needle Sports regularly keep wedding lists for climbers who would rather get something more useful that a toaster or towel for wedding presents. Like some new ropes for instance!

Email us your wedding list and your friends and relatives can decide what to buy and we will tick each item off as it is sold. Don't forget to give it a title (eg Haskett-Smith Wedding List) and the date of the wedding.

Please tell your wedding guests to make sure that they write the name of the Wedding List in the Special Instructions box as they go through the checkout procedure.
