Hot forged, simple to use, lightweight and still one of the best devices around.
Gives excellent smooth handling for both belaying and abseiling and is especially good with skinny ropes such as Bel Icelines and Mammut Phoenixes where the V grooves give extra braking.
Certified to 20kN and tested to 12kN.
Takes single ropes from 8.9mm - 10.5mm or double ropes from 7.7mm - 9.0 mm.
