Although officially labelled as 4 litres the Ultralite Waist Pouch is probably actually at least double that. It can be used on its own or attach to other OMM packs via its integral clips.

It has mesh dividers inside the main bag, a zipped pocket on the left side (with an internal key clip), a mesh pocket on the right side (also with a key clip) and small drink bottle pocket (with ca 500ml drink bottle included).

The padding on the back is unsewn at either end so that you can store an OS map in behid it - ingenious! There's also a small emergency whistle, compression cords (not shown) and some criss-crossed bungy cord for storing a lightweight jacket under.

Not bad for only 300g (not including the bottle which weighs another 80g)! Yes we know OMM say it's 200g but it isn't.

A new version of OMM's Running Light but with a lot more to it.

As before it has a single buckle lid with a pocket and hip fins pockets (each has an internal key clip). In addition, the bottle side pockets are angled forward and shaped for easier use. There is also a bungy compression cord system and some daisy chain for attaching small articles too. It is set up for use with a hydration bladder and has four exit points for the tube, two under arm so that the tube is less prone to freezing up in winter.

The back system has been reworked and the shoulder straps have no edge binding so that there's less to chafe. A cheststrap with integral whistle is included. The foam in the back can be removed and used as a sit mat.

It comes with a removable light version of the Multi Sport Compressor (basically a compression system that you can stuff something like a bike helmet behind). This is not shown in the image but click that image and you'll see a picture where it is included.

This looks to be a great lightweight running sack. If the MSC is removed it is nice and simple with clean lines and attractive features. Numerous add ons can of course faff it up completely if desired!

Innovative folding sleeping mat of insulating closed cell foam which can be used to replace the foam insert in many OMM packs. Two Duo Mats can be velcroed together to make a longer sleeping mat.

Two types are available, both are ca 4mm thick:
