Memory Map: | | | Memory-Map navigation software is easy to use on a PC or Pocket PC. It helps you plan your routes and print maps or charts. With a GPS connected it will show your position on a full colour detailed map and help you navigate your way. When you return home, the Performance Review features let you see exactly where you've travelled, distance covered and speeds. You can even add your own notes, digital pictures or any other files directly to the maps using the Digital Journal.
You can use real colour maps on a PC or Pocket PC to help you find your way. Simply click on the map to plan your route and see leg distance, compass bearing, journey length and estimated trip time. You can even check the lay of the land with our unique 3D View. Bring OS maps and Aerial Photos to life with the new 3D View tool. Visualise routes and tracks in an interactive 3D terrain model. Pan, zoom and spin the map or change the lighting to envision the hills during different times of the day. You can also plan your route using two scales of map simultaneously.

|  Memory Map Discoverer is an interactive CD-Rom series based on the Ordnance Survey's 1:50,000 Land Ranger maps of the UK. It is surprisingly simple to use and includes some great features. You can of course print your own maps at various scales, but also you can plan walks and plot them on the map, view your route in three dimensions as a map, or as countryside, even at different times of day, and rotate to view from any angle. You can also add detailed notes, pictures, web-links and directions, and program your GPS.
