Steripen purifies water using ultraviolet (UV) light. It destroys viruses, bacteria and protozoa including giardia and cryptosporidium in seconds by simply immersing the pen in the water for a few seconds - see the Steripen Website for more details.

Metolius's 100% cotton tape may be the solution to keeping you on the rocks. 1 ½" (3.75cm) x 15 yards (14.25m approx) should last for many routes. Little black rubber thingies to roll over your appendage and protect it! Designed to enable boulderers to keep bouldering, even when they split a tip.
