This page covers guidebooks to the North of England (not including the Lake District).

Northumbria climbing guides are produced by the Northumbrian Mountaineering Club and new routes can be submitted at their Northumbria Climbing Guide website.

Yorkshire is largely covered by the Yorkshire Mountaineering Club. New routes and comments should be recorded on the Leeds Wall Website.

Routes in Durham and less visted parts of Yorkshire, including the North Yorkshire Moors, are covered by Smart Boys Publishing and a new routes database is maintained at ClimbOnLine.

Lancashire guides are now published by the BMC in conjunction with local volunteers. New route information should be posted to info@lancashirerock.co.uk.

 




NB Postage!: Due to the low mark up on books, maps, videos and DVDs we have had to charge a contribution towards UK postage on most of these items. This charge is 50p on very light books, £1 on most club style guides and DVDs, £2 on Rockfax and similar size guides and £3 for bigger books.
