We don't normally put links on this website to other businesses but we recently had a customer (James Pearson) in the shop who runs a mountaineer's guest house in Huaraz in the Cordillera Blanca in Peru. His website Cayesh is fairly basic at present but finding good accomodation in Peru is problematical outside of the major cities and this may be a useful base for the area as well as a good link to someone who can advise you on routes, conditions, etc.
