Falesie a Cortina d'Ampezzo

Single and multi-pitch bolted sport climbs on woodland crags and spectacular limestone towers - all in the beautiful Italian Dolomites, in the north-east of Italy.
Cortina is a vast, modern bolted limestone rock climbing area in a stunning natural setting. In this guidebook there are 28 sites and over 1,000 routes. Some crags are suitable for beginners and others are adapted for more experienced climbers. Most of the crags are single pitch, but also multi-pitch set on fabulous dolomitic towers. Together with Crepe de Oucera, Cinque Torri has the most climbs, although Landro also offers a broad range of sports routes. Easier routes tend to be concentrated at Po Crepa, Sass de Stria, Lagazuoi, some parts of Cinque Torri, Landro Classica, Crepe de Oucera, Bassi and Val Rienza.
Cortina d'Amprezzo is a well known destination in the northern part of the Italian province of Belluno, in the heart of the Dolomites and easily accessible from Venice (150km away). It is also only 40km from the Austrian border.
