The shell fabric is made of ultralight, windproof Pertex® Quantum and the insulation is revolutionary 'PlumaFill' which is featherlight and compressible, offering down-level warmth that still traps your heat when it’s wet. The garment’s design maximises performance and minimises useless fluff. It has zipped handwarmer pockets (the left pocket doubles as a stuffsack with a reinforced karabiner clip-in loop), a pair of sleek internal drop-in pockets (made without extra fabric by using the backside of the handwarmer pocket bags), a light and simple under-the-helmet hood, and elasticised cuffs and hem.
