These rucksacks are fitted on back length. This is measured from your C4 vertebrae (the boney protrusions when tipping your head forwards) to the centre of the hip bone (where you 'put your hands on your hips'). It is useful to have a friend help with this measurement. The back length of the sack can be adjusted from around 40cm - 53cm by means of the hook and loop adjustment where the shoulder straps meet the top of the sack.
