Synthetic fabric guarantees a lightweight and breathable feel without sacrificing protection and durability, due to the abrasion-resistant rand in the most highly exposed areas, and the 3D Flex System Evo™ ensures natural flexibility and mobility at the ankle and provides secure traction on all types of ground. Waterproofness is guaranteed by the Gore-tex Extended Comfort membrane, and the Vibram sole is very durable, but when it does finally wear out, it's nice to know that the boot has been designed to be resoleable.
