With its short length the Gibbon Funline Treewear is designed for a lower set-ups and is ideal for children and beginners. In addition, the printing allows a good grip on those first wobbly steps. The major difference between the Funline and the cheaper Classicline is that the Funline has a raised rubbery grip on the tape which gives a better grip for those learning how to slack line.

Complies with the DIN guidelines (DIN79400), and also with the safety regulations of the German TÜV. The supplied ratchet protection (RAT PAD) has practical snap fasteners for quick attachment and provides effective protection against shear and crush injuries. In order to protect both the trees and the slackline, the Classic Line Set contains 2 large tree protectors "Treewear" made of black felt which are quickly attached with Velcro.
NB: This is not a trickline set and is not suitable for big jumps and tricks, nor is it optimised for advanced users and professionals. There is no frame, so it requires two solid fixed points like trees. The ratchet elements under tension must not be touched for safety reasons. "Black coating" marks the parts of the ratchet that can be touched safely with black paint. This colour differentiation increases safety when using the device.
