The day walks range from 4 to 24km (2 - 15 miles) and take from 2 - 11 hours. The multi-day treks range from 18 - 34km (11 - 21 miles) and each takes 2 days. The routes are split into 5 sections, each based around centres with a good tourist infrastructure.
