An excellent four season down bag for backpackers, the Disco 15 features the best-of-all-worlds Classic Spoon® silhouette for ultimate side-sleeping comfort. Nemo’s iconic Spoon bags are cut generously at the elbows and knees so campers can shift positions comfortably throughout the night, but shave unnecessary weight so gear still packs up light. The Classic Spoon is the sweet spot of the line, balancing packability with plush, roomy comfort.

The Disco includes a set of next-generation Thermo Gill™ vents on the chest to offer fine-tuned temperature control and a better outdoor sleeping experience. Each Gill features an interior and an exterior zip with a draft-blocking intermediate layer, allowing several different configurations for adjusting the bag’s temperature without direct exposure to cold air. The Blanket Fold™ draft collar at the neckline features a redesigned size and shape to further optimise sleep temperature. Tucked in, the Blanket Fold defiantly blocks any chill while mimicking the comfort of your bed at home. Pushed out, it helps dump excess heat instantly. Finally, Disco’s revamped design has baffles insulated with water-resistant, RDS-certified down, placed vertically along the torso for comfort and aligned horizontally below the waist to prevent down migration.

Along with these top features, the Disco now boasts the purpose-driven Endless Promise® designation, meaning it was designed specifically to stay out of landfill and on the trail, forever. With a shell manufactured fully from PET, this sleeping bag is 100% recyclable at the end of its life.

  • Classic Spoon® shape adds room at elbows and knees for versatile comfort.
  • Updated Thermo Gill™ vents extend the comfort range and create fine-tuned control with their multistage zip system.
  • Updated Blanket Fold™ design offers a cosy, oversized draft collar that dramatically blocks cold air or releases excess warmth.
  • Filled with premium 650 FP hydrophobic, PFAS-free, RDS-certified down. Products certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) contain down or feathers from farms certified to animal welfare requirements.
  • Hood and footbox are reinforced with recyclable material treated with PFAS-free waterproofing to prevent tent condensation from soaking into the bag’s fabric.
  • Body-mapped design includes new 3D footbox for tailored comfort and warmth.
  • Protective edging to stop fabric from getting caught in the zip.

EN Sleeping Bag Temperature Ratings
EN13537 is the European standard for sleeping bags and requires a thermal manikin test which produces four temperature results — upper limit, comfort, lower limit and extreme. There is no legal obligation to use this standard though most reputable brands do, even non-European ones. There is an exemption for military sleeping bags and sleeping bags for extreme temperatures, ie a comfort range of below -25°C.
Upper Limit: the temperature at which a standard man can sleep without excessive perspiration. It is established with the hood and zips open and with arms outside the bag.
Comfort: the temperature at which a standard woman can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position.
Lower Limit: the temperature at which a standard man can sleep for eight hours in a curled position without waking.
Extreme: the minimum temperature at which a standard woman can remain for six hours without risk of death from hypothermia (though frostbite is still possible).
For the purpose of these measurements, a "standard man" is assumed to be 25 years old, with a height of 1.73m (ie 5' 7", not very tall) and a weight of 73kg; a "standard woman" is assumed to be 25 years old, with a height of 1.60m (ie 5' 2.5") and a weight of 60kg.
