A training aid that is designed to be hung from the ceiling and gripped with the hand prior to doing one-armed pull ups etc!
They come in pairs and are made of fibreglass resin. They do not come with any fixings.
There are two sizes:
Small ca 7.25cm diameter.
Large ca 9.5cm diameter.
Colours vary.
