Sold in pairs, Metolius Wood Rock Rings are lighter, smoother, and more skin-friendly than the original resin version. They have three edges: The upper one is 40mm and very positive, so good for pull-ups and warming up, the middle and lower are 20mm and 15mm respectively and have flat, rounded edges that provide much more of a challenge. Independent suspension allows free rotation of your joints to reduce injury. Can be hung anywhere, and being so light means they could go on that hot rock holiday with you (in case it rains).
