Exerflex Power Putty is a plastic putty which resists pressure and can thus be used to exercise hands and fingers.
Three levels of tension are available:
Blue - Hard
Green - Firm
Yellow - Soft
It comes in a plastic storage pot and with a card describing 12 exercises.
