A literally revolutionary karabiner from DMM!
The Revolver has a small revolving roller recessed into the base of the krab where the rope runs. This is designed to reduce rope drag (particularly when sport climbing) - basically you should use the Revolver on placements that are off to the side of the natural "line" of the route or anywhere where you would normally add an extra sling to prevent rope drag.
The Revolver is a lot lighter than it looks, thanks to its innovative hot forged design. It also meets Euro EN safety standards for both krabs and pulleys.
Also useful as a pulley in rescue, hauling, rigging and showing off to your mates situations.
