A compact and very light HMS Karabiner with a twin wire gate system. One immediately obvious advantage of this unusual gate is that it won't freeze up in winter yet is effectively a locking krab.
According to Grivel, "the Twin-Gate system is safer, faster and stronger than any other locking system; safer because it does not accidentally open, faster because it does not require additional manipulation (e.g. screwing) and stronger because two gates are stronger than one!"
Each karabiner is individually tested, with the date of testing and progressive number laser-marked on it.
