A hybrid crampon with steel front section and aluminium heel section joined with Petzl's unique Dyneema cord connecting system making them very lightweight. Comes with two front bails so you can change it according to your boots. Anti-balling plates and a lightweight crampon bag are also included.
Designed for alpine approaches to rock climbs and ski mountaineering, these crampons are a great compromise between performance, technicality and weight. The Cord-Tec flexible linking system minimises bulk for ease of carrying and contributes to the low weight, though fitting them to boots is not quite as easy as with a straight bar connector.
