Unisex four season glove designed to be a very dexterous for anything from skiing to general mountaineering, and summer alpine climbing on voie normal type routes perhaps. Built with a 100% waterproof BD.dry™ insert, an Empel DWR on the shell, and a quick-cinching gauntlet cuff, the Glissade deals with spindrift, slush, sleet and Highland drizzle. A fleece liner and Thinsulate® insulation keeps the cold at bay while the reinforced goat leather palm is a good match for Cairngorm granite.

The lining inside is smoother and less grippy than in older versions so it is easier to get your hand in and out if your skin is at all rough. They also have a hanging loop on the second finger to make them easier to dry out.

Fantastic dexterity and feel, but no knuckle protection.

  • 100% waterproof BD.dry™ insert.
  • Lightweight, abrasion-resistant, Pertex Shield® shell with four-way stretch.
  • Lining features 100g Thinsulate® insulation on palm and back of hand.
  • Fixed 100g fleece lining.
  • Goat leather palm with Kevlar® stitching.

Temperature range: -20°C to -1°C (according to BD, though we feel that you'd need to be on the move pretty much continuously for them to be effective at -20°C.

Weight per Pair: c 162g (Size M).
