A very warm, waterproof, tough and reasonably dexterous glove for cold weather mountaineering, skiing and ice climbing. Very similar to the Super-Couloir Glove but at a slightly more reasonable price.
A waterproof Gore-tex® insert and water resistant Goatskin leather palm is tough enough for climbing and skiing as well as providing excellent grip on an axe or rope. Pre-curved and articulated fingers ensure secure handling of krabs and ice screws as well as a firm grip on tools. The pile lining makes them not ideal for fiddly wire placements but, unless you suffer from seriously cold hands, you are more likely to use these in Rjukan than Glencoe and will mostly only be placing ice screws.
