Top of the range super tough Gore-tex Pro® shell jacket suitable for climbing, mountaineering and walking in the very worst of weather. This version has four main pockets, two hand pockets and two chest pockets.
Made using Gore-tex Pro® to provide enhanced levels of both comfort and toughness so that this specialist mountain jacket has all the features needed to endure the wettest of winters.
Combining Gore-tex®’s in-depth understanding of fabrics with Rab’s high mountain pedigree, fit, function and finish have been perfected for dedicated winter mountaineers, expedition climbers and guides. The hood of this acket is exceptional - prioritising clear vision even when conditions are dire and has a three-point adjustment system unique to Rab to secure fit and protect the wearer.
Pockets are plentiful with two large chest pockets, two hand pockets, an internal mesh pocket and an internal zipped pocket. All external zips, including the two-way front zip and deep venting pit zips, are YKK® AquaGuard® and angled specifically to evacuate water away from the body effectively. Working as part of a cold-weather layering system the fit of the jacket can be adjusted with one hand using hem and waist drawcords, and the cuffs work efficiently with gloves, where special protection stops further ingress of water.
