3F System Evo gives Flexibility, ankle support and precision fit. Salewa believe that limiting the freedom of movement of an athlete's foot is the biggest mistake that can be made so their boots are designed to provide freedom of movement where the mountaineer needs it but also give support when that is required.
Climbing Lacing is the system used in rockshoes whereby the lacing is carried right down to the toe and is easy to adjust. It allows more accurate tightening of the lacing in the toe area which gives a better fit and thus more support and performance.
Multi Fit Footbed is a double layered footbed. The lower layer can be discarded by those who need a little more volume in their footwear.
